Refund policy

Defective or Damaged Item

1. We must be notified via email immediately upon receiving any items that arrive damaged.

2. Please include your order number, the product name, and attach clear photos of the damaged items in your email.

3. Do not return any damaged item until we have instructed you to do so.

4. Australia Gifts will cover return shipping costs if the defective claim is confirmed valid and the defective items are returned via the advised prepaid postage service. No compensation will be provided if other shipping methods are used.

5. Australia Gifts will not be responsible for accidental damages, faults caused by negligent use or care, misuse, or careless handling of our products.

6. If you suspect your parcel was damaged in transit, please contact us within 2 business days of receiving the parcel.


Can I Cancel My Order?

We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you simply change your mind.

However, you may request a refund or exchange if the item has a major problem, such as:

- Being unsafe

- Significantly different from the sample or description

- Not performing as promised or expected and cannot be easily fixed.

If you want to cancel an order placed within the last 3 hours, please email us as soon as possible with your order number.

Any cancellations are subject to a 10% bank processing & handling fee per cancelled item, which will be deducted from your refund. Changes or cancellations can only be made within 3 hours after placing the order, as after this time our team starts preparing your shipment.

Alternatively, you may keep the item and receive compensation for any drop in value.

If the issue is not major, we will repair the item within a reasonable time. If not repaired in reasonable time, you may choose a refund or replacement.

Please keep your proof of purchase (order number or payment confirmation).


Exchanges for Clothing Items (No Additional Cost)

If the clothing item you purchased does not fit, you can exchange it without any additional cost. We offer prepaid return shipping labels for exchanges within Australia, New Zealand, the United States, and selected other countries.

If you are outside these regions, please contact us to check if your country qualifies for free return shipping.

To initiate an exchange, please contact us at contact.ausgifts@gmail.com with your order details and reason for exchange. Once approved, we will send you a prepaid return shipping label.


I Received the Wrong Item

We sincerely apologize if you have received the wrong item. Please send us the following information by email:

- Order ID

- Item Name

- Photos clearly showing the incorrect item, including a full-length photo
