How do I track my order?

To speed up your process, please have your order number and the email address used at the time of purchase at hand.

VERY IMPORTANT:

  • Be sure to check that our email contact.ausgifts@gmail.com has not been retained in your spam or junk folder.
  • Go to our store chat and click on "Track my order".
  • The type of order status notification you receive will depend on the contact information you entered at checkout. So put your best email and mobile phone number so we can get the information to you quickly.
  • As soon as your order has been confirmed our team will begin to prepare your products for shipment.
  • Once your parcel is ready we will hand your parcel over to a third party logistics company who will then process your parcel for shipment, which is when you will receive a shipping confirmation email (usually takes 2 to 5 business days).
