Shipping policy
Our processing time for your order is different from the shipping time you see at checkout.
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
- Australia Shipping Rates and Estimates
We offer free shipping across Australia. Please check the delivery estimate in the table below.
- International Shipping Rates and Estimates
We offer international free shipping to almost all countries. If your country is not on the list of shipping free countries, shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Australia Gifts is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

- Local delivery and in-store pickup
Local delivery and in-store local pickup are not available.
- How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include (most of the time) a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please keep an eye out for these emails and allow 72 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 60 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at contact.ausgifts@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

- My parcel has not arrived yet
Due to the global pandemic please expect parcels to experience minor delays. If your order is still in transit after 90 business days, we will provide the option to reship your items out or issue a full refund.
Once a package has been shipped out, it is up to the postal services to deliver your items as safely as possible and in a timely manner. The pandemic has caused unexpected delays worldwide and, unfortunately, we have no control over this. We ask for your continued patience and understanding.
- Ordering for a special occasion
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that your order will arrive in time for any special occasions including parties, weddings, anniversaries, Christmas, etc.
- Lost parcels, Held or Stolen Parcels
If the tracking information marks your order as 'delivered successfully' to the shipping address provided to us with or without a signature but you have yet to receive your items then we will try our absolute best to resolve this situation.
To protect Australia Gifts from fraud, we will only provide a reshipment or another form of compensation once we have completed a full investigation with the logistics team and our customers. We do not provide refunds for any lost items by the postal services.
We are aware that there may be times when parcels are marked as delivered but they are either lost, stolen, or still being delivered. This is why we provide free tracked shipping with common logistic companies like USPS, Royal Mail, Australia Post, Canada Post, so you can accurately track where your parcel is.
Please be available to receive your parcels when they are out for delivery. If for any reason you cannot be available, please contact your local post office so they are aware of this, or ask a family or friendly neighbour to receive it on your behalf.
We are not responsible for any lost or stolen parcels if you are delivering a parcel to a shared place like a shop, restaurant, business, or flat whereby there are many residents. We are not responsible for misdelivery errors via carrier, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout although our team will send you an email if we believe the address is not complete or correct.
- Customs
The majority of our products are shipped successfully without incurring any fees. We are not responsible for any delays during customs checks as we have no control over the shipping times once a parcel is shipped out.
- Why are some items shipped separately?
If you have purchased multiple items from Australia Gifts we may provide multiple tracking links to avoid damages during transit and customs delays. We always try our best to combine your items into single parcels but occasionally, items are shipped out separately due to size and weight restrictions, and reduce shipping costs. In either case, you will be able to track each individual item in real-time.
- What happens to my order if it can't be delivered and is returned to Australia Gifts?
All shipments returned to Australia Gifts are considered “undeliverable”. Reasons for undeliverable shipments may include incorrect unknown addressees, shipping addresses, failed delivery attempts, or unclaimed shipments held by the courier agent.
If your parcel is returned to Australia Gifts, please send us an email at contact.ausgifts@gmail.com with your order number as soon as possible. All reshipments incur handling fees plus reshipment fees. Reshipment fees will be applied regardless of the original shipment’s eligibility for free shipping.
